Abstrakt: Purpose | The purpose of the paper is to assess the economic effects of implementing or modifying onboarding processes for blue-collar workers and to incorporate data derived from non-academic (grey) literature into empirical analysis from the management and economics perspective.&#xD;
Research method | The study was based on a content analysis of twelve case studies from 2015–2025, using the Multivocal Literature Review method within a desk research approach. Eighteen onboarding practices were identified, coded, and examined through point-biserial correlation coefficients between specific practices and economic outcomes. Results | The analysis revealed that the highest economic effectiveness is achieved by onboarding programs combining digitalization with structured developmental and communicational support. Such configurations lead to higher retention, faster productivity gains, and reduced administrative workload in HR. Isolated procedural actions produced limited or inconsistent results, emphasizing the need for integrated, comprehensive adaptation programs. However, the study is limited by the relatively small sample size and the lack of standardized financial data. Originality / value / implications / recommendations | The study’s value lies in iden&#xD;
tifying the most effective configurations of onboarding practices from an organizational economic performance perspective. The proposed IDTS model may serve as a practical tool for HR managers, while the findings highlight the need for further standardization of economic measures and comparative research across organizational contexts.</summary>

Abstrakt: Cel | Artykuł prezentuje sytuację osób słabo- i niesłyszących na rynku pracy w Polsce. Przedstawia wyniki dostępnych badań, identyfikuje główne bariery oraz wskazuje obszary wymagające dalszych analiz. Metoda badań | Przegląd literatury naukowej (artykuły, monografie, dane GUS , w tym badania BAEL, wyniki Narodowego Spisu Powszechnego w 2021 r.), analiza statystyk i krytyczna analiza źródeł, selekcja publikacji według słów kluczowych. Wnioski | Wykazano niedobory danych ilościowych i jakościowych oraz znaczące luki badawcze w prezentowanym zakresie. Zidentyfikowano bariery związane z zatrudnieniem: trudności komunikacyjne, uprzedzenia pracodawców, pułapkę rentową, słabą ofertę zawodową oraz brak elastyczności wsparcia. Podkreślono nieuwzględnienie języka migowego jako zmiennej badawczej oraz wewnętrzne zróżnicowanie grupy &#xD;

uwzględnienie w zmiennych języka komunikacji badanych.; Purpose | The article presents the situation of deaf and hard of hearing people in the Polish labor market by reviewing existing research, identifying key barriers, and highlighting areas for further study. Research method | It applies a literature review of scientific articles, monographs, and public reports from Statistics Poland, BAEL, and the 2021 National Census, combined with data analysis and critical source synthesis. Sources were selected with keywords and cover Polish, English, and French publications. Results | The analysis reveals major gaps in quantitative and qualitative data and identifies employment barriers such as communication difficulties, employer pre judice, systemic issues (benefits trap, unprepared education and certification), limited job options, and inflexible support. The study notes the omission of sign language as a research variable and internal diversity within the d/Deaf community. Originality / value / implications / recommendations | The article critically synthesizes “blind spots” in Polish research and statistics on this group’s economic situation. It recommends comprehensive, representative, and qualitative studies considering communication language, gender, and education. Monitoring new economic activities like self-employment and referencing international literature for a more flexible, inclusive support system are also advised.</summary>

Abstrakt: The Bolshevik authorities rejected old Russian law totally and decided to make new laws. They were based on "revolutionary consciousness" and on "revolutionary conscience". In 1917 the main, leading idea of new laws was that there is no need to stabilize new laws, because it should be developed in a very dynamie way. According to these views new laws should be made by decrees and by judges with their "revolutionary consciousness". Lenin had a big contempt for law, legal nihilism was one of the most characteristic features of his views. He especially had a contempt for "bourgeois" idea of independence of the judiciary and for justice. Soviet power was controlling all aspects of life, a single man was only an object of this power. Main goal of the dictatorship of Communist party (so called dictatorship of the proletariat) was to destroy everything which, only potentially, could oppose new authorities. Private property was eliminated. At first inheritance law was also eliminated. In this way people were expropriated even for futureę. The decrees from 1917 and the Family Code from 1918 stated secular model of marriage and marital law. Voluntary character of marriage was strongly stressed (they claimed that this is the different from "bourgeois" law) and divorces were very easy to obtain. Legal nihilism, understanding law as a tool in fight against enemies - these elements had big influence on the directions development of Soviet law.
