Abstrakt: Goal – the purpose of this study is to assess the current level of development of the digital economy in the Republic of Belarus, in the context of prevailing global trends. Research methodology – as research methods, both general scientific and specifically economic methods were used, including statistical analysis methods. Score/results – the study was conducted on the basis of analytical reviews and reports of the World Bank, the Eurasian Economic Commission, the Eurasian Bank and the United Nations. In the research process statistical data of the National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus were used also. All data is publicly available. Abstrakt: The goal – of the paper is to analyze the opportunities and risks of outsourcing in the implementation of administrative and managerial processes by local authorities of Ukraine. The analysis includes a set of guidelines for improving outsourcing at the local governmental level. Research methodology – in the paper, an analysis of regulatory documents, reports of the Association of Ukrainian Cities, the outcomes of projects for the implementation of outsourcing in local governments, and an expert survey were used. Score/results – the problems in organizing outsourcing in local governments of Ukraine are identified. The recommendations for solving those problems are developed. Originality/value – the paper is done by the authors independently without any help and assistance of others. The paper provides links to researches, as well as links to legislation. Abstrakt: Goal – to analyze and summarize the normative legal acts that regulate the procedure for the provision of administrative services in Ukraine and identify the main problematic issues of legal regulation of administrative services in Ukraine and ways to solve them. The analysis includes a set of guidelines for improving the quality of the provision of administrative services by the executive authorities and local self‑government bodies, and identifies certain gaps in the legal framework on these issues. Research methodology – the paper uses the analysis of regulatory documents on the organization of the provision of administrative services in Ukraine, mechanisms and theoretical foundations of their organizations. Score/results – the goal identification of the main problematic issues of legal regulation of the provision of administrative services in Ukraine and ways to solve them. Abstrakt: Goal – the article is devoted to the analysis of corporate social responsibility as a social, economic and legal phenomenon. The article presents the results of a theoretical and empirical sociological study of the features of the influence of organizational strategies of corporate social responsibility on the staff identity formation of companies and organizations in St.-Petersburg and the North‑West region of Russia. Research methodology – the authors argue that the development of ideas related to the need to create their own strategies for corporate social responsibility was significantly influenced by the practices of Western European firms and companies that began active cross‑border cooperation with Russian companies in the late XX – early XXI centuries. Score/results – the results of the study proved that socially responsible actions of Russian or foreign companies help to improve the internal organizational climate, improve the attitude of employees to their company and staff identity formation. Implementation of corporate social responsibility practices also solves complex organizational problems, for example, such as: increasing the level of staff loyalty and reducing staff turnover. Originality/value – the study showed that Russian companies are still lagging behind the West European companies in the field of creating and implementing effective corporate social responsibility strategies. But some examples show that Russian companies are already actively involved in the development of corporate social responsibility of a new, modern type.2020-01-01T00:00:00Z
